Cuts & Wines isn’t a restaurant with a fixed abode, it’s a service and an ethos that we have honed hard over time. It’s an experience as much as anything else and Johannes is an excellent host: it comes with the territory.
Cuts & Wines can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own Villa. Johannes and his team can customise the experience to your preference and tastes creating an unforgettable evening of food / wine and music.
Cuts & Wines POP-UP Events
What Johannes does very well is joining the dots. Word of mouth is a wonderful thing and Cuts & Wines was something that gained island wide recognition within weeks of the first announcement. He has an international as well as a local network that resulted in ten very successful pop-up events at Mikala, a restaurant in the heart of Salinas. And every single event was a success and every event was somehow different and special.
Serving a selection of the finest meat cuts paired with Dieter Meier’s Puro wines from Argentina including Ojo De Ibiza alongside a modern electronic soundtrack that changed every event. Ricardo Villalobos, Sasha, Ida Engberg, Dubfire, Dyed Soundorom, Sonia Moonear, Tania Vulcano and Andy Baxter were among the names who played, a reflection of Johannes’ own touch and taste. This extended version of Cuts & Wines can be presented in every restaurant or villa depending on your set up and preferences. Just get in touch.

Johannes Goller is the exclusive distributor of Ojo De ibiza in ibiza.
Grown high above the sea on old terraces with barren limestone soils, our Ojo de Ibiza grapes ripen in the glistening sun. Ibiza has always possessed a magical, even mystical, spirit, and our vineyard follows that essence. Venture into no mans land, to the middle of nowhere, and you’ll find the Ojo de Ibiza vineyards. There are no roads, just the land , the sea, the rocks and the sun.
There grape composition varies every year depending upon the best grapes harvested. We use different clones, which was selected by the oenologist Alian Bramaz, as it is optimally suited to the island climate and soil conditions. The wine is produced entirely by hand in small quantities.
